Interviewed at Tech wave for a Data Analyst role. Cleared all rounds—aptitude, 3 technical, managerial, and HR. Later called again for a “final round,” made to wait 6 hours as they claimed the panel was busy. They collected PAN, Aadhaar, and certificates and had us sign papers. After a month, we were told the process is on hold and to look elsewhere. No offer, no mail—extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates.
