Question 1
Describe a time when you encountered difficulty and how you overcame it
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Technomics (Arlington, VA)
Entretien
Went through 2 full rounds of on-site interviews, including meeting the CEO. The staff were overall friendly and engaging, but everyone seemed to emphasize that the expectation was a minimum of 50 hours per week. The CEO was a bit of an egomaniac asking how I liked his message on their website and claimed I could make "generational wealth" working there (ironic considering they didn't ever say what the salary range was for the position). The final thing I was asked by the recruiter was what my pay expectations were and then I found out a few days later I didn't get an offer. A month later another recruiter reached out again. The whole place felt like amateur hour. They're looking for people to overwork and underpay.

Question 1
What makes you a good fit for this position? What is your work ethic like?
Super laid back, interviewers were really kind and the questions were reasonable and were purely behavioral. There were no case related questions. Lasted around 30 minutes and was very conversational instead of interrogation style.
