Was very friendly from the start. Started with a phone screening with HR which just talked about Technomics and the work they do and why you are interested in them. The second step was a technical interview which was pretty easy as they just ask you to go over your resume and don't really ask technical questions. Lastly, you will be brought into their facility for a round-robin form of interviews that last a total of 2 hours with 4 people (30 minutes per person). This included one of the directors and the CEO. They ask a little about your experience and get to know you and ask why you are good at Technomics and why Technomics is good for you. afterward, you wrap up with HR going over Benefits etc.

I met them at the career fair of my university. The first interview was 30 minutes and with questions about how much of coding do I know, and to tell them any challenges and how have I overcome them. The second interview was 2 hours and a half in the company. I got a $250 stipend to travel. There are three 30 minutes interviews that were easy, they just want you to be honest, not brag about how much you know.
