Sloppy. Time consuming. Unorganized. Many people involved that are not aligned with each other. Process covers the same steps a few times. Started a process with another company and was quickly hired.

was ok, very technical, hr interview was trivial. but its alright really in the end. Just have to go to the interview with a calm mind and you shouldnt have to worry too much about what you say as long as you are confident you can get away with almost anything. Company doesnt seem interested in how good you are either. they just want to fill spots it looks like
