      I applied online and was asked to take a coding assessment through Codility about 3 weeks after I sent my application in. It was similar to other coding assessments but this one was quite easy, being 70 minutes for 2 very simple questions. After passing the assessment, I was invited to an introductory meeting with a recruiter to talk about the job and what to expect. Unfortunately, my experience with Technergetics went downhill from here on out as I was not sent an invite to the meeting despite asking multiple times in emails for an invite. We rescheduled and the recruiter was 15 minutes late for our 30 minute interview block. The meeting was basic, and just talking a little bit about myself and my experience. Since then (late December 2022), the recruiter has promised me on 4 separate occasions to give me an update on whether or not we would be moving on with the recruitment process and into an interview. As of late February 2023, the recruiter hasn't responded to multiple emails and messages and has essentially ghosting me despite promising an update the first week of January, the second week of January, the third week of January, and now the first day of February. If they were uninterested and told me so that would be fine! Instead I have been waiting for an update for almost 3 months as I keep getting "we will update you soon!" and then ghosted. If you are expecting a quick response or any sort of transparency/professionalism with the interview process here, I wouldn't recommend applying.

      Given a string of R and L shoes (each worker has to have an even amount of R and L shoes in their batch) how many workers can be assigned to the shoe line? Get the maximum value divisible by 3 in an array of integers.
