The Interview was a 3 step process. I was connect by the HR for a detailed round. Post it I connected with the VP operations and the Founder. Both rounds were good. Founders take quick decisions.

The process was smooth. Well informed and timely. 2 rounds were taken. First with Founder and second with Business head. Both went well. Details pertaining to the role was given in details.

I applied via LinkedIn and got a call from their HR. Simple and quick. But other HR processes post joining are slow when it comes to decision making. Appraisal discussions are avoided to max possible.
