There is no process in the interview. The interview steps are very confusing. Interviewers do not have much idea about the company. They ask very basic questions like tell me about yourself, family, hobbies and miss out the important questions like whats the value a candidate could add. And most importantly, they don't give any clarity on Salary dates, Increments, Leaves and any employee front questions. They have too many policies and only speaks about that all the time in the interview. Their entire environment and management style is "Controlling" but not "Engaging" the employees.
