While in college, when TechVariable came to our campus... All the rounds were very good with medium difficulty lavel. The technical round was amazing as I was asked very interesting questions and they give sufficient time to solve those problems. They also gave their feedback on our answers . HR round was very good. Antara Ma'am has explained me everything that what is expected from me. And her questions were very much interesting ... I love the process through which I got selected. On the day of joining, process here was very good. Our HR manager, Antara ma'am has explained all the details about do's and don'ts, benifits, leaves and grievance redressal system at TechVariable. She made this process very special by interacting with the ours mates through a game. We interacted with our CEO, who is very kind and he explained us about the purpose and moto of the company. Since then we got to know about many features. We got interviewed again to get to know what are the fields we are legging behind. Many efforts have been made to improve us and transform us. I love working here.
