The selection process is of 4 rounds. 1. Online test 2 Technical Assessment + Psychometric test 3. Technical interview 4. HR interview Once if you clear your 1st round then you will get 2nd round test link, in this round you will get MCQs and coding question. After clearing 2nd round you will get a chance to attend technical round and HR round.

Good and nice experience of 3 rounds and managerial round at last . The whole interview process is very good. Every round is easy all three rounds . Anyone can Crack the interview if they have good communication skills

Basically, It contains three rounds first two manager round which tests your communication and ability to solve customers query on chat because It's a chat process and then one assesment round which test your english skills. All are eliminations round you have to be give answer quickly yet correctly.
