Interview process is very very worst. They called many candidate and did not complete the first round of interview even. very worse than any other companies.
for name sake they kept a HR round and shortlisted profiles. after that they said will call for telephonic interview. And called after few weeks and without prior intimation immediately scheduled for technical discussions

Called after a week and immediately they started technical discussion over phone and it looks like they called just to gain knowledge from our project works and not for their recruitment. CV is misused for their project benefits in terms of knowledge gathering from the candidate.
