Very unprofessional and idiotic interview process. The guy who was interviewing me was attending a meeting simultaneously. Asked easy questions and then told me that I have cleared the first round. After that he told me what I need to study for the second round. Its been more than 2 months and I didn't recieve any call from them. The HR won't pick up my calls. They have this ghosting tendency. Even one of my colleagues had a similar experience. I really respect Mahindra sir but I truly despise these unprofessional clowns working in the IT wing of his organisation.

Company was looking for analyst type of person but HR never mentioned any of such skill -_- . Mid interview panel says they will not ask more question as this is for analyst role
