Entretien
I applied pool campus in nearby college. Recruitment process had 4 rounds.
1. Online test (elimination round) - duration: 80 minutes, 100 English questions, 70 aptitude question.
These question were easy.
2. Technical interview (elimination round)- It was technical interview but they also asked some other question like where do you see growing in the industry etc. (It was half technical and half behavioral question). Technical question were easy (Polymorphism, abstraction etc.). This round went for around 25-30 minutes.
3. Essay round- I think this round was taken to ask some question from your essay in HR round. No one is rejected in this round.
4. HR round - it went for around 10 minutes for me. For other candidates it was around 3-4 minutes.
Some questions are
a. Tell me about yourself.
b. Tell me any 5 bad things about college.
The overall experience was not good as the behavior of lead HR was bad. My interview was ended at about 3 pm but still had to stay till 12:30 am for no reason.
Easy simple and asked basic coding questions and some questions related to Java and oops and projects that I made few questions on sql and asked me to code a easy question

4 rounds, 3 technical and 1 HR,
first round is MCQ, second and third rounds are technical and coding, final round is HR, need to answer 2 coding questions and 1 communication round also
The interview process consisted of multiple rounds including an aptitude test, coding round, soft skills evaluation, technical interview, and HR round. Each stage was designed to assess problem-solving ability, technical knowledge, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
