Is was there for my first job search. I went there with full confidence and impressed the HR and all in first two rounds. But in the third round which was with technical manager was very disappointing. They gave HR the reason for not selecting me was that I am over qualified for that role and I will not be with the organisation for long period of time. despite considering that I was looking for my first job. how can somebody judge your stability when you’ve never worked before.

Very easy to crack and the hr was very decent and dignified they always wanted to hire as associates as they can because of the market demand and also the things that are mentioned in your resume and also the description of the certificate and the process is very easy even a 10+ guy like me cracked the interview
