Horrible. I recieved mail saying interview is scheduled but, when I reached the venue I was shocked to know it was a walk in. Do they know the meaning of scheduled interview. We do not have whole time in world to go and wait for them. They just spoke to me for a min and said profile is not suitable. Why in the world did they schedule interview. They schedule interview without even looking at the profile??

Unexpected!! shocked to see the process followed in Tech Mahindra. Interviews are scheduled with out reviewing the profile.Waste of time. HR is too RUDE!! she can not even answer the queries. Bad impression about Tech Mahindra

The interview process moved quickly. The process was seamless with an app showing real time updates. However thr recruiter did not set expectations about the job because the person who interviewed asked nothing about the expected role which was discussed earlier but the job in question was for something else.

The JD and interview questions were misaligned. Job expectations were not clearly set by recruiter. Role was a mismatch with the JD.
