1)first round very simple they just check ur confidence and how express ur self.
2) in 2nd they ask you to tell about ur any one life incident which you remember most. just for checking ur English fluency.
3) 3rd round is versant test, which machine English test, you need to pass this.
4) final is hr documentation round.

Interview process was Average not more difficult not more Easy but I attended and cracked this interview and only English communication is preferred in interview.
There is also background verification.
Interviewer asked about myself and What you want to do for your locality if you hired for social service work
It was a laggy process which took almost a day to finish. the interveiw process was easy was just asking some questions to check our basic english communication. i am satisfied with them
