The hiring process was divided into 4 Rounds, namely 1. Written Test , 2. Essay writing ,3.Technical Interview , 4. HR Interview
First Round ,Written Test is based on Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation , Reasoning and English . The level of questions were easy and medium . But, the candidates need to be fast enough to solve those questions within the stipulated time frame. Candidates need to choose their questions wisely and solve them . Make sure to minimize your number of guesses.
Second Round, Essay Writing Round based on any current trending issue in political, social or international issue to test the candidates knowledge , comprehension and opinions about the issue.
Third Round, Technical Interview based on the candidates technical know-how about the subjects . Strong hold on programming , algorithm and data structure is a plus point and holds greater chance of being selected in the successive rounds.
Fourth and Final Round, HR Interview based on a face to face Interview with the HR Manager. The Manager checks your English language fluency and proficiency. Tries to figure out the candidates mental and physiological trait and presence of mind at that point.
