They first conducted an hour long written assessment. I don't remember in full detail but the following were the sections I recall : Programming, Functional design, Testing, project management, General problem solving, SDLC models. The above sections all had short questions. Then there was an MCQs section that were from varied subjects. After the assessment, they interviewed the candidates, the interviewers were 2 of their senior developers and a project manager.
