I applied for the position and almost immediately was contacted to do a video interview with prerecorded questions. About a week later I was contacted to schedule an in-person interview at the office in Clearwater for 2 weeks out from that point. They emailed me once I scheduled my interview with the names of the 4 people who would be interviewing me and I took the opportunity to look them up on LinkedIn and learn more about them. When I showed up for my interview (with 5 printed copies of my resume), I only ended up being interviewed by 2 people (both from the Sales department) and only one of them was from the email. The vibe of the interview was odd because the 2 interviewers had obviously worked together for a long time and were buddy- buddy, making me seem like the odd person out who they weren't particularly happy was present. The vibe switched however, when the interviewing started. Know a lot about the position you are applying for (even though the job posting is not very specific- they seemed disappointed that I didn't know every single aspect pertaining to the job). When I got finished explaining what I knew about the role the interviewer very condescendingly told me that I did not include a lot of aspects of the job and listed off a lot of stuff that was not in the job description. After that they asked some situational based questions and then I was invited upstairs to the Sales Floor to learn how to enter data into SAP. A Sales Rep unenthusiastically taught me how to do this and then had me do 3 examples by myself and send sample emails. I was told I would hear back from them in 7- 10 days.
