Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Teavana en sept. 2009
Entretien
It was a very basic and typical q&a session.
1. (going through resume...) oh, what did you like about this job?
2. What didn't you like about this job?
3. If a new customer was coming into the store, how would you greet/sell him our products?
4. What is 'Customer Service' to you?
5. Have you ever had to multi-task to more than one customer? How did you deal with it?
5. Would you be ok as part time?

The manager interviewed me, then I was called 2 weeks later for a 2nd interview with an employee whom I would manage, then I had a phone interview with the regional manager, then I was called to set up a 4th interview! That's a lot of interviews for a position that only pays $12/hour. Needless to say it took over a month and by then I had accepted a different job that pays $7 more an hour for essentially the same position.

Question 1

Generally two interviews. Most will ask questions regarding previous sales experience. Some managers will have you sell them something on the spot or ask you to read something and then sell it to them. If they like you, they'll have you try sampling on the way back.

Applied online when I was in need of a job. I got a call back not too long after based on my prior sales experience. Showed up to where the location was going to be and got hired on the spot.
