Entretien
Applied online through the company website and was called by a manager several days later. Went to the store location and was ignored for several minutes by the manager and another employee while they finished up their conversation. Curtly met the interviewer, who wasn't very friendly. Was served tea and then left to go sit near another store. Interview was 1:1. Basic questions, but some were difficult to answer. Spoke for less than 15 minutes. Manager was slightly standoffish, so I had a negative view of the job position once I left.

The manager was on time and kind. He asked common interview questions and a few advanced because he was trying to see if I would be a good fit for a manager position given my experience. I asked how I did after and he gave a very honest answer which I always really appreciate

Very quick interview, not very in depth when it came to my prior experiences. Polite and direct, very clear in laying out the expectations and the requirements of the job.

The interview process wasn't long or tedious. It took only one interview because the Assistant Manager was out of town assisting another storm. The longest part was waiting for the background check
