J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Teamwork (Belfast, Irlande du Nord) en juil. 2021
Entretien
Short screening with recruiter, meet the hiring manager, a take home technical test and then technical interview before offer. Technical questions were nothing too over the top. Just a test of domain knowledge, experience and skills

Hardest challenge you've ever faced professionally and how did you overcome it
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Teamwork (Cork)
Entretien
The first round interview was over a video call with HR. They were very friendly and despite my nerves, quickly put me at ease. I was asked about my experience and accomplishments, and given 2 hours to complete 5 coding problems, which was more than enough time. After submission of the coding test, the interviewer chatted with me less formally, asking how I found the code problems and if I had any feedback on the interview process, which I was happy to provide.
Around two weeks later I was invited for an in-house interview at the Teamwork office in Cork. I had a brief tour of the office, and we talked a bit about Teamwork's history and future plans. It was a fantastic space. It was evident that a lot of care and consideration for their staff had gone into the planning and design of the building. The interviewer was an experienced developer, who discussed technologies I had experience with, projects I had worked on, be they professional, personal, or public/open-source. I was asked to explain the approaches I would take to build a couple of front-end components, and features that could be implemented to improve them.
Soon after, I recieved a phone call with an offer, which I accepted.
Throughout the process, there was plenty of back-and-fourth over email. I didn't feel like I was left hanging in the slightest. Everybody I dealt with was very friendly at put me very much at ease. Even if I had not recieved an offer, I learned a lot from the experience and it would have positively impacted my performance in interviews elsewhere.
I thoroughly recommend applying if you have been considering doing so!
