After the interview or evaluation day is over you can depend to never hear back from this company ever again unless you actually got the job. No matter how many emails or phone calls you send their way with thank you's or inquiries the messages will remain unanswered and the phone lines will go straight to voicemail. Completely unprofessional for a company to string a prospective employee along like this until they give up.
