5 interview process: 1) HR screening over a short call 2) Direct manager interview 3) Demo Sales Meeting Presentation which required a thorough preparation 4) HR Interview 5) Interview with Regional Manager
No innovation, siloed. Bad vibes from start to finish. Incentives capped, even if a high amount of business was brought in. There’s a limit to what you can do, person doing the interview was not friendly and lacked any real charisma

The in house interviewer seemed very jaded and uninterested in the process. Felt very cold and her physical cues were mostly exasperation, didn’t get to the second round but I wasn’t eager to get in after the first round
