1 phone interview - 1 in person - 1 sales pitch
The phone interview was casual. Heard back pretty quickly that they wanted me to come in for an in person interview. I was supposed to be interviewing with 2 people. The second person ended up being on vacation and so they found a random person for me to interview with on the spot. She was was very sweet but she clearly had no idea she would be interviewing me (I honestly felt bad for her) but I tried my best and hoped that I did well. Sales pitch was also pretty casual. They asked a few technical questions. Ultimately they gave me an offer that was below market value but I was willing to accept it because I genuinely did want to work there. I rejected other offers/interviews and resigned from my job, only to have the offer rescinded last minute. Very unfortunate situation and definitely messed with my livelihood.

The interview process was a bit long and slightly disorganized but ultimately learned a lot from everyone and was very happy I get to meet so many people to get a good grasp of what my responsibilities would be and who exactly I would be working with.

Entretien
The process started with an interview with the VP of Sales. He is an incredible guy and very easy to talk to. It was an open conversation about what I was hoping to gain in my career, what was exciting about Teads, and some questions about my experience. Second round I met with the Group Manager for the team I would be joining, very conversational, getting to know me, asking about my experience and getting to know me.
Third round was a two-step... I met with the CEO Jim before I did a mock pitch. Jim is a great guy and truly wants to know each person that is being hired into the organization. He had pointed questions (very behavioral), and genuinely wanted to understand me and my career up until the interview itself.
The mock pitch was pretty broad -- pitch an existing client or new client a new business line... Either upselling them or bringing something new to the table. The CEO, VP of Sales, and Group Director are all on the pitch and asking questions throughout the pitch, trying to throw you off as if they are a media company/agency. They are trying to simulate an actual pitch to an agency or brand, and really want to see how you react and stay on course.
I got an offer, but eventually declined for a different offer. It was a fantastic experience and really appreciated all of the efforts from interviewers to the HR and recruiting team.
