J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Teach for America en nov. 2009
Entretien
First, I applied by the first deadline. The next step was the phone interview. They asked me a lot of questions about the achievement gap, my feelings about it, and what I think possible solutions are for it. I must have done pretty well, because I went on to the second and final interview. This was a group interview. It lasted about 3 hours in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon. The first part was a group interview; the second part was a one on one interview.

Question 1
What factors most contribute to the achievement gap?
The interview was relaxed and they were certainly there to help. They made it clear they would help you through the whole process of becoming a teacher with your own mentor guiding you.
