This was an interview for the national staff, rather than regional. The interview process moved quickly at first, then slowed down prior to getting declined. I wish there had been a timeline laid out so that I'd better know what to expect and when I might hear back at certain stages of the process. There are organization-wide policies in place according to which they cannot disclose the salary range, for good reasons, but unfortunately this does pose the risk of putting in a lot of effort for an opportunity that doesn't match a candidate's needs.
