Applied online. Accidentally attached incorrect pre-spell-check letter with 2 typos but invited to the phone interview. I am an unemployed middle-aged career changer who was asked about challenges at my last job so discussed this. If I could do it again I would use Q&A opportunity to promote a thought and an achievement or two that did not come up.

What was the most challenging situation you faced on your last job?
The interview was relaxed and they were certainly there to help. They made it clear they would help you through the whole process of becoming a teacher with your own mentor guiding you.

easy and fun, lots of help through the process. Very helpful and kind, lots of responsiveness. everyone has a clear vision of the mission, and wants to achieve it. Loved it.
