Filled out online application, selected for interview. You have to answer a few short answer questions before the interview. The interview day process was day long. Starts with teaching portion, then group activity and then personal interview.

The process was a pre-recorded scenario where you had to describe what you would do in a given scenario. You could record it as many times as you needed and uploaded it as a file or link.

Entretien
The group interview was with 10 other candidates. We all met in a classroom where we each taught a 10 minute lesson to one another. Then we were pulled into individual interviews.
