It's easy, you need to know a but of how to use Office 365 products. I mean to say Microsoft word, Excel, etc The first stage is onsite. You get to do some basic mathematics, physics, English and ICT objective questions.

Basic questions on the applied role then was invited for an onsite test which includes Technical questions, Oral test and Typing test. You ll know if you pass as the other tests are dependent on passing the first technical test.
