Had a quick call with the HR followed by a technical round with the hiring manager. After completing them, a 2.5 hour on-site round was arranged which had a couple of live technical assessment followed by a cross-function interview with four panelists which felt quite positive. The interviewers said that the HR would reach out to me with the next steps which never happened. I dropped a follow up email after 4 days and a couple of successive reminders to the HR but did not receive any response. Felt like the HR ghosted me.
