The interview with TaxQuotes for this position was an initial interview with the marketing manager, me sending in application materials (I wrote content specifically for the company), and then a secondary interview. I actually was convinced because of how fast they wanted to onboard a new hire and the fact that I didn't hear from them for a bit (and was used to many companies ghosting me at this point) they didn't hire me and am still shocked, but I was offered the job after about a month total of time between initial application and offer.
