Phone interview, very easy to talk to Megan and ask questions. She also sent a follow up email recounting our interview and a link to schedule an additional session should we need. She also made a follow up phone call about two weeks after the interview to see if I was still interested or had further questions. She was very sympathetic when I told her I could not start at this time and we agreed to a follow up phone call. She was very sympathetic snd encouraging.
