A complete waste of time ! The process was unprofessional. I was interviewed for a role requiring 6+ years, even though my CV showed 4. The interviewer asked technical questions in an introductory call, dismissed my answers, and ended the interview abruptly. HR later rejected me for not having enough years of experience. This was a waste of time and showed poor organization.
