Fast-link interwiew. The university sent us emails to select those interested for a placement at British Steel (previously Tata Steel), and would be a direct face-to-face interview. It was a quick interview process and about 20 candidates had registered for this role. It took about a week for feedback to be given back to us. This was via emails. The shortlisted students were called up for an assessment centre review. Overall, it was a very quick and straight forward interview which helped students, though I did not go through.
