Technical + situation based+ behavioural based. Interview was before a panel but in a virtual environment. Both heads of HR & ER were present along with the Manufacturing Head. Coordinated by Talent Acquisition lead.

Very good professionally handled from start to end . shown very caring attitude and question was particular to vacancy and profile shared . It was professionaly managed from the receiving the candidate to departure of candidate . they made me very comfortable and conducted discussion in very friendly manner.
