Manager was great and the entire process was very professionally managed. TATA is known for professionally managing all the things and interview process truly reflects this. Hope everyone who applies experiences the same across all verticals of TATA.

Had two Zoom interviews. First with VP of organizaton. Second with hiring manager. I though the interview was fair and went well. Both interviews were well balanced and fair. Problem was, company engages in ghosting. No answer on repeated attempts on interivew/application status. Very unprofessional. Dodged a bullet here.

Questions were entirely on personal experience and not necessarily forward looking.
The hiring process was very good and it was over three rounds. The interviews were long in a good way and basically about my experience. It was good to hear the other people out regarding their views about the industry and their thoughts regarding the same.

Entretien
It was a very interesting and tough process but totally worth it as it gave me a good insight into the working and functioning of a big organization. I am glad i enjoyed it
