My TCS interview process for Windows VMware L2 involved HR screening, technical round on Windows Server/VMware administration, scenario-based troubleshooting, client handling skills, shift flexibility discussion, followed by HR round on salary and joining.

I had 2-3 phone interviews with hiring manager and team members. It was pretty decent. Asked about solarwinds tool and how a few stuff works in the software. What I exactly did at my previous company.

3 rounds . First one being mostly technical. 2nd with team lead and manager mostly asking for preferred location and wfo policy. Last one is salary negotiations with HR. Offer letter is rolled out few days/weeks post interview process.
