Telephonic with team lead, client round with onsite manager, senior manager round, then HR round...........................................................................all the technical rounds and manger round are good. The process interview will be smooth. You will love the way the interviewers make you comfortable however, HR round will be something you would never get to see. HR has a very bad mouth and no common sense of talking to the upcoming employees.

First is recruiter, then panel from India managers. The process is very easy and fast but the HR process in onboarding in Manila is kinda slow maybe because of Pandemic. I passed the final interview and i have to follow up in two weeks for the HR in PH to prepare my offer but when they got back at me all I receive was an sms and wanted me to start in 3 days.
