The TCS interview process was good. I attended a walk-in interview for the Java Developer role, where the discussions were smooth, professional, and focused on core Java, problem-solving, and real-time project experience.

I had 2-3 phone interviews with hiring manager and team members. It was pretty decent. Asked about solarwinds tool and how a few stuff works in the software. What I exactly did at my previous company.

I got offer on same day.

3 rounds . First one being mostly technical. 2nd with team lead and manager mostly asking for preferred location and wfo policy. Last one is salary negotiations with HR. Offer letter is rolled out few days/weeks post interview process.
