Good process was in place. all was planned and it involved 4 tier of interview and the entire process took 3 months for the closure. i would not recommend people to join telecom industry. It is not good in giving bonus and increments

The interviewers were very supportive. The overall time period over which the interviews were scheduled spanned almost 2 months.

one Telephonic round then followed by face to face with Hiring manager. After that other telephonic with BU Head followed by telephonic HR round. It took around 6 weeks to complete process.
