the interview process here at taskus is good. The ambiance give the applicants an impression that there's nothing to worry or be nervous about. You don't need to feel shy when a representative from HR approach you. Everything went well.

Entretien
There were 2 rounds of interview and both were simple, you just need to have good conversation skills and confidence. You can opt for virtual as well as on-site interviews
The process was smooth, professional, and candidate-friendly.
Application & Screening
I applied online and got a call from HR within a few days.
They explained the role, shifts, and salary structure clearly.
Round 1 – HR Screening
Basic introduction about myself, my background, and why I want to join TaskUs.
Questions about communication skills, flexibility with shifts, and knowledge about the company.
Round 2 – Communication/Voice Assessment
A short test to check English fluency, pronunciation, and clarity.
Reading passages, listening comprehension, and a mock customer call scenario.

Entretien
The interview was good. The interview was held on Zoom, and the duration of the interview was 10 minutes. The interviewer was friendly, there were a total of 10 candidates in the meeting.
