Online application and in store interview to discuss retail/customer service experience. Having some previous restaurant experience was seen as a plus but definitely not necessary. Met with some of the other baristas to see if there was a good team vibe. Offer received same day.

Online 6 questions recording yourself. You get 3 attempts I believe to re-record. Afterwards HR calls you and confirms the days and times you are available to make sure you can work when they need you. Try to have open availability, I did and had no problem.
Pretty straight forward. It is really like every interview at any big box store. They didn't ask anything particular. They mainly focused on if you could get to work on time and if you were available. They worked with anyone who was in school (hs or college)
