Interview could have been better. Didn’t like being recorded and having to send videos in just to get denied in 5 minutes. I waa really excited about the opportunity but it’s fine.
In person interview with manager and assistant manager. They each asked a handful of questions about availability and dealing with customers. Follow up was timely but I didn't want the job
easy interview, behavioral questions mainly, taiolered around customer service. Also how you would work a register. It was brief, maybe 10 minutes. But I suppose it depends on the interviewee

I applied online for a seasonal Retail Sales Associate role at Target, completed one in-person interview focused on customer service and availability, and then waited for a hiring decision. I would research the company's values and how you can align with that.
