I had prior experience working in retail so rather than having 3 interviews like they typically have I had just 2. First a phone interview than an in-person interview where I was offered the job on the spot.

Easy direction and nice to speak with. Met in the lunch room tho so it could’ve been more professional. Still has a pleasant experience and made it easy to accept the position

I met with two different team leaders who asked me some basic and situational questions. They were very adamant about making sure I was okay with coming in early (anywhere from 6-8 AM) and that I wouldn't be calling in sick a lot.

Its a regular interview, they ask a bit about your past work history and what made you leave past job. they also asked how you heard about the job openings and is there any days you may not be able to work in the following 6 moths.
