Very smooth and streamlined. They were very helpful if you had questions. Also they were good at helping you understand your role and how to respond in certain incidents. Then being very understanding of your time and help when you were able to take the interview. Overall an enjoyable experience that I'd go through again.

It was automated and I had to record some questions to respond to. They also had a practice portion for getting used to this before having to answer the questions for each step
