Well it was a pretty distinct hiring process it has two different sections to the interview and you must be cheerful and gleeful to manage to get to the second part.

Interview process was very quick. Talked to the HR (GSA), then a high up manager, then hardlines manager. Just asked basic questions such as why you chose Target ect.

Two interviews with a team leader and with the executive team leader. They ask about regular situations on your old jobs and how you solved those situations. Almost the same question with both interviewers

The interview process was the worst ever. My first interview went well. The 2nd I came back after 5 & there was no manager. The asked me to come back another night there was no HR. I was confused why the schedule it after 5. Then I get there and the 2nd interview manager told me this wouldnt work out because I said i can work 6-11pm weekdays and weekends anytime. He said he needs people to 1am during season. If they needed someone late hours. Then why did they ask me back because my application said 11pm. What a waste of time.
