To do well in this interview, it is VERY important to be prepared for the behavioral questions they give, and to follow the "STAR" format when you give your answers (Situation, Task, Action, Result). WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN and prepare answering aloud as they suggest. Or, if you speak to folks over the phone, make sure not to sound like you're reading from a document (even if you are). I personally prepared 20 different situations, and I used all of them eventually. Over prepare and you'll do fine. Every question I used to prepare I gathered from Glassdoor, so do a bit of searching and you'll get all the materials you need to succeed!
