Basically no interview required, apply online and show up for an orientation. Most people are accepted, and get invited to orientation, several applicants in one session. Easy application online as well.

What are some customer service experiences you’ve had?
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
