Thorough but open and transparent. Hiring manager was direct and answered all questions with clarity and satisfaction. There were three rounds which consisted of the initial recruiter, hiring team and district manager. Last 2 interviews were situational based questions.

Two interviews. One with HR. Second with District Director. First interview is a phone call with basic screening, and the second interview consists of about four questions. The whole process took about 2 weeks.

Meet at a career fair, and set up the first interview. Followed up with two formal interviews on Zoom mostly about scenario based questions (linking your current skills and experiences to the role) along with why you are interested in a retail management focused career.
