Questions like a regular interview related to customer service, generic vs brand, calculation, etc. sadly, target rx is no longer around :( good times! Wish we could turn back time.
Once you apply, you receive a interview call then they schedule for two more interviews the day, once your hired you have to come on for orientation which great because to get to meet all your team members

Application was online, and the store called the phone number on file to schedule an interview. At the interview, I had 1:1 interviews with 5 people: HR, Pharmacy Team Lead, Guest Services Team Lead, Hard Lines Team Lead and Electronics Team Lead. HR was the last interview, and they gave me an offer afterwards.
